The Mews in Dublin 6 resulted in a 4 bed property, consisting of an upside down layout, which worked well to complement and provide unlimited access to views over the surrounding city. A beautiful vaulted ceiling was constructed in the kitchen/dining area and a balcony off the living room further enhanced the magnificent views. A fully functioning lift was also incorporated for further functionality.
A BER rating of A was achieved and the project was delivered on time and in budget.
