Key features of this project included a vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom, lending to a bespoke dressing area and ensuite. Technical features included a heat pump and central vacuum system installed throughout the house, while a custom crafted Rundum Meir rolling garage door system was installed. At the rear a built in barbeque area was constructed, alongside a designer patio to further the living capabilities of this beautiful home.

A BER rating of A was achieved and the property was handed over with in the planned timeframe.
