Mount Merrion

Special features of this project included a red brick façade and zinc entrance canopy to compliment the original house. A complete renovation and remodelling of the interior resulted in a bespoke kitchen, while the living and bedroom areas were finished to showhouse standard throughout. A garden room was completed at the rear and also an independent plant room was constructed separate to the main dwelling.

We achieved a BER A rated home with handover completed within the planned timeline.
